Who the appointment is for
The appointment is most suitable if you’ve recently started the process of a divorce or dissolution and are considering your options.
If you already have a consent or financial order in place, you can contact our pension specialists online or by phone for free help and guidance instead.
How the appointment works
One of our pension specialists will call you and:
- explain the options you have for splitting or sharing your pensions
- help you understand what to consider and the questions to ask
- guide you on your next steps, including where to find additional help, regulated financial advice and a pension on divorce expert.
The appointment:
- is over the phone
- usually lasts up to 60 minutes
- is normally available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (apart from bank holidays).

You’ll need to enter:
- your personal details so we can contact you
- where in the UK you’re getting a divorce or dissolution so we know which laws apply.
You can also let us know if there’s anything specific you’d like to discuss and your preferred days and times for an appointment.
We’ll then call you to book your appointment, usually within 5 working days of receiving your request.
