How long will I be on hold for if I call the MoneyHelper team?
We’ll usually answer your call within 30 seconds, but you might have to wait longer during busy periods.
During your conversation, you might be placed on hold while we gather the right information to support you.
We aim to keep these holds as short as possible, though in some cases they are needed to make sure you receive accurate guidance.
When can I expect a response via Webchat, WhatsApp, online form or email?
We try our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.
We can respond to you on Webchat, WhatsApp, and email during our standard operating hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
During these hours you should receive a response in a couple of minutes via webchat, and within two hours on WhatsApp. For email enquiries, we aim to respond two working days of receiving your message.
